Are these the same release group

So there exists on MusicBrainz a release group for Release group “At Woodstock” by Janis Joplin - MusicBrainz

On Record Store Day 2019; one of the releases was Janis Joplin - Woodstock: Sunday August 17, 1969 - this is not currently in MusicBrainz but can be seen on Discogs https://www.discogs.com/Janis-Joplin-Woodstock-Sunday-August-17-1969/release/13471089

Should I enter the RSD2019 LP as a release within that existing release group (the track listing / recordings are the same); or as the title is different should I enter it as a new release group.

I would add it in the existing release group. (Not changing the release group name.)
