Advice for J.J. Johnson title and artist

I would appreciate your advice on determining a title for this album, and artists.
Currently it is in MusicBrainz in two release groups, here and here. From the cover, the Artists should probably be J.J. Johnson [as Jay Jay Johnson] with Clifford Brown, Jimmy Heath, John Lewis, Percy Heath Kenny Clarke. It’s not clear that the cover shows an album title. The label of the 10 inch vinyl says “Jay Jay Johnson Sextet”.

LP labels are limited in size so they often show compact titles (release and tracks).

I would set release title = release artist credit = Jay Jay Johnson with Clifford Brown, Jimmy Heath, John Lewis, Percy Heath Kenny Clarke.
