Adding "en directo" for Spanish live recordings in the title.

Hello!

In the style guidelines it is specified that live recordings should not contain "(live)” in the title, but in the appropriate fields/disambiguation.
However, does this also apply to songs in other languages?

Specifically in Spanish (en directo), the style guide mentions this particular case:

Which is contradictory unless each language follows different rules for live recordings.

Thanks!

Could you find and link this?

Yeah it is right here

Maybe this is for recordings and the Spanish one was an example for a track?

Yes. The live thing applies to all languages, but it’s for recordings. If an album has a bunch of tracks and then a bonus track β€œX (en directo)” then that still should be kept on the track title  (if it’s a live album and all tracks say β€œ(en directo)” then I’d personally drop it as useless).

Alright, that makes sense :slightly_smiling_face:. I have seen quite a few English tracks without the (live) information, so I thought it applied to both tracks and recordings, but it may just be because that specific disc is live (deluxe editions, …), so it is a bit redundant.

Thank you!
