Adding a setlist to an event that doesn't have one requires a vote

I want to add a setlist to an event that didn’t have one. Apparently this is not an auto-edit.

This does not seem to be a destructive edit. Doesn’t that mean it should be an auto-edit?

Should I create a ticket for this?

Is this the sort of thing I can/should create a ticket for right away, or is it better to start a thread, and see what kind of response that gets before creating a ticket?

Yes I too think adding a setlist where it was empty should be an autoedit.
Maybe there is an issue about spam ?
