I feel, in a way, that’s where ListenBrainz is going. The artist pages on LB are already basically well-designed, read-only versions of the MB entity. So maybe what you describe is more of a wish list for LB:

  • Adding LB release and release group pages
  • Adding events
  • Adding collections for releases and events (e.g. seen, owned)
