45cat.com releases not allowed in MusicBrainz release but instead in release groups

Given for example the following release on 45cat.com

When trying to add that one on the corresponding Musicbrainz release https://musicbrainz.org/release/e4663bbf-0ef9-4c0b-a147-a337f1c41552 it gives me the following error:

On the Muscibrainz release group Release group “Sandy (4th July, Asbury Park)” by Bruce Springsteen - MusicBrainz it actually works which looks plain wrong to me

… but Amazon links are allowed on release level although they often change the content for an existing ASIN and even Discogs has different rules for a unique release. The same for AllMusic, etc. The rules of 45cat/45worlds are at least similar to MB.
