Xythium (@Xythium), is it possible to restore the functionality of the Tidal metadata browser? Tidal has recently started rejecting requests through the CORS (cross-origin policy) feature in web browsers, which is hard to disable in Chromium. It can be disabled more easily in old Firefox.
content.cors.bypass_preflight_request
content.cors.disable
I have not found your contact details other than Twitter, nor a “PM” function on your user page on this Discourse forum.

i noticed last week i believe, seemed like it the api on listen.tidal.com wasnt working at all but i am seeing the cors errors now. there mightve been some issues with needing proper auth tokens now but that couldve been the other api they have that i was looking at as a replacement

I noticed a few days ago I was no longer getting any results on searches on your site. Such a shame all these streaming services are making it hard on us. I know why, but still a bummer.
For now, you can install a portable Palemoon or a similar browser from the Firefox family, or start Chromium with a parameter that disables CORS in conjuction with a blank settings profile. It is not possible to disable it on the main profile.
