Which release artist to use for project CD with only one member on front?

I would like to hear some opinions on the correct release credit for this release:

The name ‘Concordia’ is used by the three members, see scan of back, but also reflects the chosen name for this project:

But, the front only uses one member, and the name of the release is for sure ‘Concordia’. It contains works created by this trio, see https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Concordia_(dichtersgezelschap)
