What to look out for uploading my own work?

I think it all depends of what your releases says:

  • When it says Made in/by XX, I use Manufactured relationships*
  • When it says Printed in/by XX, I use Printed relationships

* I usually don’t use the specialised Pressed or Glass mastered relationships (unless explicitely shown on the release) as I cannot guess what’s best, so I keep using the generic Manufactured relationships.

“Printed by” is the paperwork for the booklet and case, “Manufactured” is the CD. And it is legit to have all three as they are all correct.

Some of us sad addicts do like to add that info. :nerd_face: It is more use on the bigger releases when multiple plants come into production. I do find it interesting when I spot a South African CD has been Pressed in SA, but Glass Mastered in UDEN.

Me too but I cannot guess myself the specialised relationship.
I read a company name on the CD matrix, I just set it as manufacturer, which is generic but at least not wrong guess. :slight_smile:
