Use most detailed tracklist available?

The classical style guidelines encourage sourcing track artists and track titles from the “most detailed tracklist available”. What should I do for non-classical releases? For example, should I add track artists who are listed inside a CD booklet but not on the back cover?

My opinion is to list them, as long as you can indicate the source of the information in your edit notes.
