For everyone who prefers to translate offline:
The project pages on Weblate have an option to download the translations in de XLIFF 1.1 format for translating offline, but I noticed that tags like </br> don’t work in those files. Instead, go to the page for your language and download files with the link Files > Download translations. That will download .po files instead; those work.
