Strange artist credits

There’s a growing trend with new Hong Kong albums where artists are credited consistently like this: {name}@{affiliated_organization}. An example would be “Ah Cheung@Avon Studio” for Ah Cheung, an engineer at Avon Studio. Some artists take it to the next level, like “ray@ray.com.hk” or even “jen@jen@yahoo.com.hk”. I generally ignore the affiliation when entering the name for the artist, but should I enter the full {name}@{affiliated_organization} as artist credit?

This isn’t just a thing in Hong Kong. A lot of Japanese releases have credits like this, mostly for people in behind-the-scenes roles such as engineers and photographers.
I’ve been seeing these credits for years; I usually just ignore the affiliation w/r/t artist credits. (Occasionally I may use them to help pinpoint where a particular recording was recorded or somesuch.)
