Stats have been stuck for a few weeks

Hey everyone. My stats have been taking long to update. And now they’ve updated, but they’re showing data for the previous weeks mixed with the most recent weeks. Thanks in advance for helping with this!

My stats are also stuck. Today is Aug 5 and on This Week tab I see only one day: Jul 27. Last Week tab shows the week from Jul 20 to Jul 26.

Same, even when I’m not log in, global stats are blocked at the 27th of July.

What’s up y’all. Just wanted to give you two an idea of what’s going on as we seem to be the only nerds who care about stats lol. I believe this is related to this topic about playlists not being generated.

Here are a couple comments from some devs & admins in that thread, both from 18 days ago:

The team knows there have been issues with playlists recently - everyone was super busy with the accounts migration push, but now that that is mostly finished, they are hoping to try and fix some of the main issues with playlists this week. Please be patient with them, and sorry!

An update for everyone: there were no playlists geneerated since the 13th.
I will make sure we have some generated this week for everybody.

EDIT: You should now have fresh playlists in your recommendations

With one of our big projects out of the way, we will be able to continue work on improving the LB infrastructure so that playlists become more stable (amongst other things)

Thanks again for your patience, I know it’s frustrating that some feature or other breaks every other week.

Based on some responses to those, it seems the problem was fixed and then it started again. The MB team is very small for such a large project, so patience is really the only option unless you’ve got the programming chops to help. With that said, I made a bug report before seeing all of these threads, so I added to the “me too” pile unwittingly. -_-
