Does anyone know how to deal with the sort name for artists from India?

I think, this is an artist from India (Hindi Bollywood Singer).
Shouldn’t the sort name follow the western style?
Wikipedia writes: “According to the Chicago Manual of Style, Indian names are usually indexed by the family name, with the family name separated from the other names by a comma, but indexing may differ according to the local usage and the preferences of the individual.”
So in most cases Indian names are sorted similarly to western names, but there are exceptions. I have no idea whether the case in question is such exception.
