What country are you connecting from? Some countries like Russia block MusicBrainz.org.

Can you access musicbrainz.eu ? That used to be a way around the filters.

mod edit: please use this thread to enquire about any IP/connection issues I’m a relatively new user of Musicbrainz and an expert in tech (I know the basic and can generally figure most things out with a little research).
