Not sure how to go about this but is there a way to take a scene release group name from the folder you are trying to rename and add it to the new named folder at the end?
The only thing that comes to mind immediately is that you might be able to parse out the name to a new tag to use in the renaming by using the Generating tags from file names functionality of Picard.
