Is a torrent-only bootleg an acceptable release?

Hi! What do y’all think of a release such as this: https://musicbrainz.org/release/c1b12922-de14-49f2-8737-395c75ebba01 It’s a collection of songs that was apparently shared with a torrent. I could not find a clear consensus whether such a bootleg is a valid release for MB or not. Personally, I’m reluctant. I think it opens the gates for too much “junk” releases, and I’d like to delete this release. But is there a rule, or a consensus?

Bootleg digital releases

There are apparently releases in MB that were pirated from old LPs and offered for sale illegally. One editor has entered edits to remove them (edit #47534182, edit #47533912, edit #47533867, edit #47532266). I’m not sure if this is the correct course of action, since we do allow information on physical pirated releases. Should we store releases like this (albeit without purchase links) or just exclude them altogether?

Unreleased and bootleg albums

Are these types of albums/CD’s allowed on music brainz? I have a lot of 2pac unreleased that isn’t in the database can I add it or am I not allowed?

I have seen number of mega compilations being added to MB that are clearly hand rolled.
