Scan not picking up tracks

Sounds like this issue:

Server Error (HTTP 503) when doing an AcoustID scan

I’ve been having an issue recently where Scans are not hitting the acoustid.org site correctly in MusicBrainz Picard. The issue seems to have started when I upgraded to Fedora 30, but I am not positive if that is the problem. But I definitely did not have this issue a month ago or prior. I am pretty sure this is an issue with my local system since no one else has reported it, and AcoustID seems to be working fine. But I can’t for the life of me figure it out.
