Request: AcoustID client API key for personal lookup app (registered app shows only short user key)

Hi β€” I registered an application on AcoustID (App name: ChatGPT_SongID) from my MusicBrainz-linked account but the applications table only shows a short user key (~10 chars). I need a proper client API key (long client key) to run lookup requests for personal, non-commercial identification testing.

Account username:
Registered app name: ChatGPT_SongID
Short key shown on my account: <8lJ03YzAIc>

Could an admin please issue / enable a client API key for my registered app or advise the correct workflow? This is purely for personal use to identify one or two audio snippets.

Contact (optional): hojjat.ss@gmail.com

Thanks!

The API key you see for your registered applications on AcoustID is the one to use as client parameter in the API requests. It has something around 10 characters, yes. This key is around 10 characters long, there is no β€œlong client key”.

Only for submission there needs to be an additional user API key. This is supposed to be per user and can be found on AcoustID
