Removing UFID

I have edited some of the files I ripped from CD.
Thus, UFID is no longer unique. How do I remove it?

You mean removing the MusicBrainz recording ID Picard stores in a UFID frame? Inside Picard you can delete the “MusicBrainz Recording ID” tag (tag name for scripting is musicbrainz_recordingid) and save the file.

Please note that by removing this Picard will no longer be able to load the corresonding recording / release from MusicBrainz when you load the file into Picard.

Any other UFID tags with different content Picard cannot handle.
