What i am trying to do is search album names or artists names that have a certain website in the name, and remove the website name. It would be like the “Replace” option in Bulk Rename Utility but for artists and albums Thanks!
From the question it sounds like you want to just update existing tags and use Picard for it. You can manually edit the tags in Picard, even for multiple files if you want to change the name for all files to the same value, but there is no search and replace feature.
But other suggestion: If you are using Picard anyway, why not tag your files with MusicBrainz metadata? After all that’s the main use case of Picard, and it will result in clean tags without any fake data in artist named or elsewhere.
