If it’s the same tracks, I would not add the medium, it’s pretty redundant IMO and not many people will go and get the downloads. And if they do it’s just like if they had ripped their CD.
If it’s additional tracks, it has more sense to add them but then, once the DLC (I call them DTC in French) are no longer online, we need another release without them…
