Question about translating the Picard docs

I have a question about translating the documentation for Picard.

In strings like “:index:`Local Files <configuration; local files>`”, which parts are translatable? Only “Local Files” or also “configuration” and “local files”?

I’ve noticed you have been working on the translations lately. Thanks for that.

In the case you mentioned (the :index: directive), the translateable bits are “Local Files”, “configuration”, and “local files”. “Local Files” is what is displayed to the user, and “configuration” and “local files” are how the link is identified in the index (at the end of the PDF file).

Thank you for your help (and nice words!)

I am translating offline with my own CAT tool and I’ll probably be uploading larger batches until all is done (still about 40k words to do, it will take a while). But I have uploaded MetaBrainz Weblate already. Could you check if everything is OK there? I’d rather know about technical errors at the start of the project instead of at the end.

I’ll have to trust you on the actual translations because I don’t speak Dutch, but the files themselves look to be fine (properly formatted and no errors). Thanks again.
