Picard 2.7 portable - no debug mode (or changed syntax)?

Is it by design that the portable version of Picard
https://musicbrainz.osuosl.org/pub/musicbrainz/picard/MusicBrainz-Picard-2.7.exe
can’t be startet in debug mode with the commandline parameter -d, showing the output in a console window?

Or does it have a different syntax?
Or any entry in the config.ini?

It’s not by design, it just does not work due to the way the portable binary is being build by PyInstaller. Use the debug log window in Picard to check the log output.
