An “undocumented feature” in any(?) language but US. I saw this in 2.12.1 and still in 2.12.2. I see this in English (UK) but also reproduced in French.
Have tracks clustered on left hand side, hover cursor over them, get strange tool tip.

wtf, how does this happen? That’s the header from the translation source files. Can’t reproduce this on Linux right now, need to check on Windows.
Looks like there will be a 2.12.3 soon

Yeah, it is a funny one… 
Been floating up during my editing sessions for weeks. So no rush to fix that. Can’t say when it started. And yes, Windows 10 OS. Repeated on two different PCs, tested three different languages. Guess the fact it don’t happen on US is why not many others seen it.
