Picard 2.1 getting error (SSL handshake failed)

I just installed MusicBrainz Picard 2.1 to my computer running Windows 10 on bootcamp and getting error about ssl handshake failed in my logs.
I cannot login to musicbarainz account, albums won’t load etc.
Picard 2.1 works on Mac OS in same machine, but reason for me to use it on windows on bootcamp is MediaMonkey only availeable on windows for now. (I search in MM for missing tags/ albums in need for editing and then like to load necessary albums for editing to MB Picard)

This looks similar to PICARD-1109, which unfortunately doesn’t have a proper solution :frowning:
