I thought I had worked this out in the past with the Format Performer Tags plugin, but I can’t reproduce it now. I want to remove all solo, additional, guest, etc qualifiers from instruments and vocals and just tag the instrument or vocal role itself (I’d prefer to keep lead/background for vocals, but if that’s not easy to achieve I won’t cry over it).
Can anyone suggest a way to do this with either a plugin or script?
