To begin with, the description of this relationship type uses three different notions:
- Label ownership (in the title)
- Parent/subsidiaries (as the link phrase)
- Subdivision (all over the text)
My major concern is about the use of the word “subsidiary”. Subsidiary is a legal term and assume existence of two legal entities (currently or in the past). The entire description of the relation type, however, allows for much wider interpretation. It is more like parent/child relationship which can cover many situations.
Is there any need to use the word “subsidiary” in the link phrase? As for me, it narrows the meaning and even adds confusion.
