Organizing Artwork

Can the scripting functions be used to organize artwork? Ideally, this is what I’d like to do.

Any artwork found at the ARTIST level would be put into a folder called WALLPAPER.
Any artwork found at the ALBUM level would be out into a folder called ARTWORK.

If not, can any of you scripting gurus recommend a good powershell script to accomplish this?

This can’t be done using Picard. There is no artwork at artist level for Picard, it only fetches artwork for releases.
