I’ve got an opera release that doesn’t have any printed track titles. Instead, it has the full lyrics of the opera printed, with track numbers at the point in the lyrics that each track starts. I took a stab at figuring out how to enter it, but I’d appreciate any input about whether or not that was the right approach.

I think you did fine. I would also repeat the title of the opera on every track: it is not specifically mentioned in the guideline, but does follow logically.
Your titles from the lyrics look good.
You might expand the annotation to describe the approach that you have taken in naming the tracks.

Isn’t the whole “Full work title” section of that guideline specifically saying to repeat the opera title in every track? Have I been misinterpreting that for years?
