No Options dialog

When I try to select “Options…” from the Options menu in Picard, nothing happens. I assume there’s a dialog box that should open, but I get nothing at all. Same problem occurs for the Help/About menu item.
What could be the problem?

Picard version 1.4.2-1
OS: Linux MInt 19.3 64-bit

Try to start with -d option to get debug log.
You can move your old config file (.config/MusicBrainz/Picard.ini) and see if Picard starts without it.

Actually I just found out that what I have is pretty old. I installed V2 and it seems to be working.
