I have some questions: it’s Monday morning now and while my listens have been updating in real time the stats page has not updated since thursday (both for me and globally) – when can I expect them to update? Also, as a new user without a massive listening history to import from elsewhere I find myself wondering about the text “Either something’s gone wrong, or you need to submit more listens” – I get that I won’t see anything here until Monday morning (hey, that’s now and I’m not seeing anything yet) but it would be nice if the “Oh no” page would tell us roughly how many listens are “enough”. Is it 100+? 500+? 1000+? More? Just to help us new users manage expextations. I’m eagerly awaiting my recommendations but I’m also not sure I’ll receive any this week and I’ve been trying to find out if I will to no avail.

We are having issues with our infrastructure, and the part that does statistics calculations is having a rough couple of weeks…
We ran the calculations again, and I see you have one playlist available at the moment, while statistics are stuck on last Sunday as we recalculate this week.
Thanks for the feedback about the “not enough listens” message, it could definitely be clearer. I’ll see if I can find out what the limit is and add that to the message.
