New Wiki page: Picard Resources (taggerscripts, plugins, etc)

There are a lot of great ‘informal’ Picard scripts/plugins etc, that are too niche to be included in the official documentation anywhere.

I have made a new community Wiki page to collect the most useful of these:

Please feel free to add and edit.
To kick it off I have added a plugin by @rdswift and some tagger scripts by @yindesu. I am not a Picard expert so also feel free to fix or remove as needed.

I did add a seperate section for file naming scripts, since they’re different enough from regular taggerscripts

I got on a roll and searched for and added a number of plugins from the forums and elsewhere that aren’t in the official plugin list to the wiki page. Maybe all of them?

A lot are from very old posts, and I have not tested them, but hopefully even links to broken plugins are useful in case anyone wants to fix one or needs a reference for a new one.

New plugins on the list (added this month) are:
