[Need help] Turning silver disks to gold disks

Hello,

I am a noobie and I have been struggling getting my head around musicbrainz picard.

I wondered if anyone will be kind enough to Skype with me and show me the steps to turn my silver disks to gold disks.

I am happy to reward / provide some form of compensation or trade if anyone is willing to help me with this.
