MusicBrainz Does Not Collect Track Info

Hi,
I have installed and used MusicBrainz for a few weeks and it totally lost functionality… It seems not to find any info on tracks selected to verify etc… Any reason for this…?
Kind Regards
Rusty

Sounds like some networking thing. Can you look at Help > View Debug/Error log if there are any errors there?

Best also set this to debug, restart Picard and try to do some lookups. Then copy the complete output of the debug log and show it to us here. Maybe we can see something.

Should you happen to have a Qnap NAS also take a look at the following thread:

E: 09:56:31,988 webservice_init_._handle_reply:445: Network request error for https://picard.musicbrainz.org:443/api/v2/releases: Proxy connection refused (QT code 99, HTTP code 0)

E: 09:56:32,004 util\checkupdate._releases_json_loaded:103: Error loading Picard releases list: Proxy connection refused

Is this the latest version of Picard? What OS? Do you have a proxy configured?

Latest version… No Proxy Configured…

Could you provide a full debug log? See also

One thing is odd: You have the wrong hostname for Picard. Please check your settings in Options > General. The server name should be “musicbrainz.org”, not “picard.musicbrainz.org”.

But it does not really explain the message and why there is a connection refused. @zas Any ideas?

Yes, wrong domain, definitively an issue.
