Is ListenBrainz.org not multilingual, unlike MB, or did I miss a setting, somewhere?
No, ListenBrainz is not translatable yet.
I can imagine that the devs wanted to focus on functionality in the early stages of development. Lots of changes also make translations a moving target, with lots of work that will end up being replaced.
I do hope ListenBrainz is being developed with translatability in mind though.

No problem, I just wanted to check.
It’s just I had some difficulty reading those long numbers in English format. 
And didn’t find a feature request in Jira about a multilingual feature.
No big deal anyway, at first, for a purely statistics tool.
You can always make a ticket about it to request it.
