MusicBrainz makes the list! (via Beets)

I also left a comment on that reddit thread a while back, about using ListenBrainz to save Spotify listening data, which imo is a massive part of Spotify’s hold on people. The sticking point was not being able to import past Spotify history… but I think a few people are working on tools to do that, independently, at the moment!

LB and MB are a big piece of de-centralizing and de-commercialising music :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
