I reinstalled windows and didn’t have a backup of my renaming script anywhere. I have the backup of my old Windows install with the Picard files in it which I copied over to the new install but it hasn’t got any of my settings. Was wondering if anyone could tell me how to pull those old settings over?

Check in AppData\Roaming\MusicBrainz for a picard.ini file. If it’s not there, then it’s in the registry (I think the official version still uses the registry).
No dice there so I guess it is stored in the registry and I only backed up Program Files and the Users folder which I guess means it’s lost forever. ):
