Medium numbers not starting at 1 for a release

I’ve just added the physical release to a release group, but there are some fixes I can’t figure out how to do.

The physical release is composed of a four-CD SKU (the only part of the standard release but also part of premium) and a two-CD SKU (labeled “Premium Edition”). Based on the style guide, it’s my understanding that these should be separate releases. That’s fine, but the premium extra CDs are numbered 5 and 6, not 1 and 2, and I don’t see anything in the UI or web searches to correct that. How can I change the medium numbers to reflect the physical release?

I found it. The up/down buttons on the right when editing media will just keep incrementing, so you just click down until the medium number is correct.

I didn’t fully understand that part. So the two bonus disks labeled “premium edition” are sold separately and are not part of the other release?

That’s correct.

The description of Electronic Saviors Volume 7:ReUnion Premium Edition CD/Vinyl Boxset — Distortion Productions makes it sound like this release has not been entered into MusicBrainz correctly:

Premium Edition CD/Vinyl Boxset
Included in the Premium Edition:
4 Disc Main Edition CD
2 Disc Premium CD
7 Inch Vinyl of Trade Secrets Feat. Chris Connelly with a Red Lokust remix on the B Side not on the comp.

If this is truly a boxset, then the release in MusicBrainz should have all 7 mediums - the 4 discs of the main edition, the 2 disc Premium CD, and the 7 inch vinyl. Per Style, the box set would then need to be in a separate release group.
