I’ve listened to multiple songs and none of them have been submitted to ListenBrainz. The global feed shows that no one has listened to anything in the past 3 hours, so this is not an issue on my end.

Same happening here, listens were inconsistent a couple hours ago but just aren’t submitting at all now.

I’m noticing as of right now that my listens are finally starting to catch up.

Same here. I’m not for a long time here but my experiences aren’t - hm - very good? At first I had to try several times to import my scrobbles from Lastfm. Then it worked. I had to wait then for a very long time that they are processed. Some things didn’t came up until now.
And now: Since yeserday no listen is submitted.
I came up to the point where I’m thinking, there’s no real usable service for me.
I have a similar issue, tho mine is a little more specific and I guess more of a “me problem”. Throughout the day I use VPN and change my IP address, sometimes quite a few times, and almost every time I do this my connection to Spotify is being lost, so I have to reconnect to fix it. At this point I almost wish for a quick button to refresh my Spotify connection or something 
The good news is, now that Spotify listens update really fast, I notice the problem right away. But for now I guess I just have to remember that it’s a thing that happens, I do hope that maybe it’s somewhat fixable in the future?
