Pls. can anyone find me a link where I can see the meaning of the symbols shown in front of Title after lookup?

If you move your mouse cursor over those little icons it should display a tooltip with the meaning.
Basically, green check is file saved, green box is perfect match, then yellow, orange, red depending on the match quality
A red cross means an error (context menu Infos… option has extra infos, if available)
