Link to private facebook pages?

This was actually discussed some time ago, and it was decided that we shouldn’t link to artists’ social media accounts if they’ve set them to private.

In edit #39502723, I added a link to an artist’s Instagram account. Ordinarily this wouldn’t be a big deal, but in this case the account is private. I was unsure whether or not this was appropriate, since linking to private accounts may potentially be problematic for a number of reasons. What do you all think?
