[LABEL-WORK] Can we have "Sub-Publisher" as type of Interested Party?

A lot of big, classic songs have unique Sub-Publishers for individual markets/territories. As it is now there is no way to distinguish between the (global) Publisher and the (local) Sub-Publisher.

The only “Publishers” here are

Everyone else are local “Sub-Publishers” and there would be a lot (hundreds?) of them if they were all to be entered.

Thoughts?

I actually proposed a sub-publisher relationship a long time ago, but IIRC it got stalled in committee/I was too busy at the time to implement the suggested changes (I can no longer remember which).
