I have a couple of internet radio stations, and I am trying to get intro and outro marks for songs. However, given that I have a lot of songs in rotation, this is a lot easier said than done.
Is it possible for Picard to find intro and outro times for songs?

unfortunately, I don’t think there’s any way for Picard to do this, at least as it is right now. I wonder if there might be a database specifically for that tho? or maybe MusicBrainz could add a field for that (might not be super precise, with how recordings work in the database, but perhaps better than nothing)
