I’m Ronit, a third-year B.Tech Computer Science student at Bennett University (Greater Noida, India). I’ve been developing full-stack applications with MERN for the past year.
Why I’m here:**
I want to strengthen my Python skills and contribute meaningfully to open source. ListenBrainz caught my eye because of its focus on music metadata and recommendation engines — areas I’d like to explore for both this GSoC and beyond.

**My goal:**
To make 3-5 solid contributions to ListenBrainz by the end of 2026, understand the codebase deeply, and submit a strong GSoC 2027 proposal.
I’m starting local setup this week and looking for good-first-issue recommendations. Happy to hear from anyone who’s been through this journey before! Looking forward to contributing.
