I need help working with Picard's renaming system, please.

I’ve been trying to get the hang of setting up Music Brainz Picard’s renaming format. I’m struggling. Can someone give a guy a hand? I want the files to follow this format:

[Disc #(padded to 2-digits)]-[Track #(padded to 2-digits)] - [Artist] - [Title]

I’d like it to add the disc number, even if it’s a single-disc album (so it’d be 01 for those)

the part for padding is
$num(%tracknumber%,2)

I don’t think that you can use [ and ] to output fields only if content exists, but I’m not sure!
You could use $if or $if2 instead to get alternative content.
