I need to learn how to quote in a reply. I can’t find the help for the text box.
When I click on the double quote icon I get a blockquote…

If I paste into it it doesn’t format properly…
I have no idea how this is supposed to work.

Highlight the text, then click on the pop-up that says “quote”

The Block quote is if you want something to stand out

There needs to be a help link somewhere…
Selecting the text to reply to in a quote when there is a reply button never occurred to me… maybe a quote symbol there?

I currently know how to do the following things:
