How to handle "extra releases" linked to a specific release?

I would even put that in release’s disambiguation comment, like:

Tower Records limited edition

After reviewing the site you provided, I believe the following should be added as a limited set: Stats: Official.

通常盤:¥3,300 (+tax)
アニメイト限定セット:¥3,600 (+tax)
Amazon限定セット:¥3,600 (+tax)
ステラワース限定セット:¥4,000 (+tax)

公式ショップ特装盤:¥4,500 (+tax)

The key point here is that customers can choose between the “standard edition” and the “limited set” themselves, allowing them to decide whether to include the bonus items. In other words, by the time they take it to the register, it’s already bundled with the bonus items. In this case, I think it should be considered a single release including the bonus items.

In contrast, the bonus disc that’s usually discussed is automatically placed in a bag when you take the item to the register. At this point, the original release and the bonus disc are not contained within the same package, so the releases should be treated separately.

Which is exactly like any other release works. Either take the Standard Edition or the Deluxe Edition. Both would include the same CD1. If you can’t buy the bonus CD on its own then it is not really a separate item.
