I always use user script to import release from Bandcamp and iTunes. These sites always store duration in milliseconds and user scripts seed track length in milliseconds, too. But if I type recording/track length manually, I must enter it in mm:ss format. Does anybody know how to enter recording/track length in milliseconds?

There is no way currently. The only way to add subsecond precision is either by seeding the release editor (which can only be done when creating releases) or by adding a Disc ID and then setting track times based on that (which is only applicable for CD releases).
