Hi, I know musicbrainz catalogs bootleg releases, and I would assume bookbrainz allows them too but the only options are official and draft. I guess this is partly a feature request but if it isnt accepted then I would also like to ask how to specify that something is a bootleg.

I would add them and add a note where you can -(not sure where as I haven’t used BB in a little while).
Definitely check if there’s a ticket to vote on, or you can add one. It’s mentioned in this ticket.
